Administration and Documentation coordinator - Alhan

Alhan manages the organizational administrative procedures, including coordinating and documenting strategic planning processes, assists in developing and evaluating Aswat's programmatic activities, developing new organizational strategies for work-plans, evaluation and documentation. She further advocates Aswat's vision to partner organizations and activists.

Before joining Aswat in , Alhan has worked as a Resource Development Coordinator for 8 years with different national social NGO's including: Alssiwar-  Aswat- Palestinian Gay women, Assiwar- Arab Feminist Movemet in Support of Victims of Sexual Abuse , Muntada- The Arab forum for Sexuality, Education and Health.

Alhan holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature, a B.A in Fine Arts, and she is a certified Art Therapist - all from Haifa University. She is a certified Sexuality Educator.

Group and Program Coordinator - Inaam
Inaam coordinates the Support Group which includes facilitating the monthly meetings and coordinating cooperation with parner organizations.  Inaam is also responsible for the administrative work at Aswat and helps operating Aswat's Support and consultation line.

Information and Publication coordinator - Rima

Rima manages and develops Aswat's Information and Publication project, carries out research, collects information and articles and literature for Palestinian gay women. In addition Rima maintains, administrates Aswat's website and active forum and craetively designes Aswat's postcards, banners and ads.

Rima is a feminist and LGBTQI rights activist based in Haifa. Has a B.A in English language and
literature, a certificate in graphic design and is currently studying for her M.A. in gender
studies.

Rima has been the Information and Publication project coordinator in Aswat- Palestinian Gay Women for the last four years, in which she has published more than 20 booklets that address lesbianism from a Palestinian, feminist and Arab point of view. She has also collected and published two books of creative writing and personal stories of Palestinian and Arab lesbians.

Through her activism Rima took part in arranging and participating in different conferences and workshops in the Palestinian society and abroad that address sexual identities and feminism within the Palestinian society and the Arab world.

Networking and Resources Development Coordinator - Taghrid
Taghrid writes funding proposals; researches and develops funding resources; and completes narrative and financial reports. She also assists in developing the group's programs and yearly programmatic budget. She is responsible for netwroking with foundations, partners and organizations that work cooperatively with Aswat.
